We were appointed by Eriks Indistrial Services to analyse the capital expenditure to be incurred fitting out one of their large industrial sites, in Pensnett. The expenditure totaled £1.4m. The works included a full fit out of the industrial warehouse and a two storey office area.
The outcome resulted in Wandsworth identifying £880,000 of plant and machinery allowances across the pools.
