Over the years our directors have held Head of Department roles at international real estate practices, Big 4 accountancy practices and leading boutique tax firms. Patrick founded Wandsworth in 2014. He has worked at leading boutique tax firms and international surveying practices. He manages capital allowances projects for some of the largest property companies in the UK. Patrick is highly experienced in this sector with an excellent understanding of all capital allowances matters from fit out and refurbishments to new build construction within all sectors. He combines his specialist capital allowances background with experience of working within real estate companies to provide a unique and sought-after skillset that adds significant value to clients.

Jonny Brewster
Director
Jonny has over 15 years' experience of tax reliefs, starting in Capital Allowances and qualifying as a Chartered Tax Advisor, before his background as a scientist and computational modeller drew him to R&D tax relief. He spent a decade within the Big4, helping the largest global businesses with a UK footprint, before moving into a smaller practice focused on start-up and scale-up businesses. His experience and pragmatic advice is recognised by his clients and his work has supported publications in Taxation magazine.

Justin Lyon Taylor

Justin joined Wandsworth in 2024 having previously headed up one of the Big 4’s Real Estate Capital Allowances Team. As a Chartered Surveyor who is also tax qualified, Justin has supported a range of clients across the property sector, from institutional investment funds through to individual private investors. He has a particular skill in providing practical advice on property transactions. As well as his property experience, he has worked with a number of FTSE 100 companies to improve their capital allowances processes, delivering savings on both time and cost for those clients.
